spying on the neighbors

One set of neighbors left their dogs out all day today. They started barking at 7 am and did not stop until after 7 pm. I like dogs, I really do. But I do not let my dogs bark all day or even for more than a minute or two before I am dragging them inside. No Barking Dogs! This keeps our household on good terms with the neighborhood. But these other neighbors are renters. So maybe they do not care.

See? I like furry people. Just not furry people who bark like maniacs all day.

And these are the neighbors I was spying on today. The mom let me get fairly close. My girl dog, to her credit, made not a sound. She simply sat next to me watching these unusual neighbors eat their dinner.

I love living so close to nature, even when it eats my azaleas, and crops my pansies!
